The 10,000-square-foot restaurant is inspired by Napa Valley\u2019s Wine Country and believes that food and wine have the power to build lasting connections. Each dish on the menu is made fresh with peak-of-season ingredients and has a corresponding bin number to pair with the appropriate wine. Cooper\u2019s Hawk makes more than 60 of its own wines, which can be sampled and purchased at the restaurant\u2019s front tasting room. Pair your wine sampling or end your meal with one of the restaurant\u2019s chocolate truffles or dessert items, all made in-house. The restaurant also offers a wine club, special dinners and wine trips. Shop in the restaurant&#8217;s marketplace for high-end decanters, wine accessories, and gifts to bring home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Support local causes by purchasing a bottle while dining from 5 &#8211; 7 p.m. on <a href=\"https:\/\/chwinery.com\/wine-wednesday-at-middleton\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wednesdays<\/a>.
