The CXC Outdoor Center includes cross-country ski trails and bike trails. Middleton is partnering with CXC to expand trails, build a trailhead, and a bike park. Considered Middleton’s scenic jewel, Pheasant Branch Conservancy is 682 acres of protected prairie, woods, and waterways that invite hikers, bikers, photographers, and birdwatchers to enjoy nature at its finest. There’s a great way to get a free and fun workout in Middleton. Five ENERGI\u00ae<\/sup> stations are installed along Middleton’s South Fork Trail.<\/a> ENERGI\u00ae<\/sup> combines functional fitness and body-weight training to deliver a synergistic workout. In addition to illustrated signs, smartphone users can download an app and scan barcodes at each ENERGI\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0 station to receive video instruction from their own personal, virtual trainer.<\/p>\n
